Coliving in Medellin
Welcome to Medellin, a city that is truly one-of-a-kind. Medellin is affectionately known as the Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera (the city of eternal spring). The constant spring weather means that Medellin is one of the greenest cities we’ve ever seen! Apart from lush jungle vibes, Medellin is internationally renowned for its music, art and dance. Get ready to dance the night away with friendly locals (paisas). If you don’t already know a few salsa moves… you will soon.
We love Medellin for its creative energy and liveability. For you city loving nomads, Medellin has comfort, convenience, an AMAZING food scene and the best rooftop views. You can find our Nomadico community in both Poblado & Laureles. If you like a more authentic experience amongst Colombians, then Laureles is your drift. If you'd like to be in the center of the Medellin buzz and nightlife, then choose Poblado. Both have a growing digital nomad community, excellent (vegan) restaurants and cowork cafes.

-
Supporting The Local Football Team: The football might not match Champions League standards, but the atmosphere surely does. Let's go together and cheer Atlético Nacional on to victory! .
-
Visiting Comuna 13: A neighborhood known for it's vibrant street art and music. Explore this living open-air museum and witness how art has transformed a community.
-
Hiking From La Catedral To Envigado: La Catedral, the former prison built by Pablo Escobar for himself, offers an excellent and enjoyable downhill hike. Don't forget your swimwear, as there's a waterfall waiting for you at the end of the trail.
-
Daytripping to Guatape: When living in Medellin, there are many day trips to consider, but Guatapé should definitely be high on your list. Go together with the community and see for yourself why it's so special.

Location | Coliving Medellin
We've got coliving homes in two different areas in Medellin. The area that suits you best really depends on what you like to do and experience.
Living in Belén is experiencing authentic Colombian life in a super chill, conveniently located residential neighborhood. It's affordable and safe, ideal for long-term stays and mingling with friendly locals. You'll be welcomed by a real Colombian family, with highlights like the famous Pueblito Paisa and the chill Parque de Belén nearby.
Laureles is just a couple minutes walk from Belén. The spot if you're looking for a chill yet lively vibe. It's more down-to-earth but still has amazing restaurants, cool brunch places, and a buzzing party area. There's a youthful energy thanks to the university crowd, with lots of digital nomads and young expats hanging out in the coffee shops. The neighborhood is green with parks and even has the main football stadium. If you're up for a real local party scene, check out "La 70" for bar-hopping and dancing to Salsa and Bachata with friendly Colombians.
El Poblado is where the party's at, buzzing with top bars, clubs, and restaurants. It's perfect for a short visit, with most places walkable, especially around hip Provenza. Think high-end, lively streets, maybe even spotting a celeb. Don't miss Pergamino for the best coffee, and if you're a foodie, you're in for a treat with some of the city's finest dining just steps away.
Meet Our Local Partners
Carol Acevedo and Bernardo Naranjo, a friendly, enterprising couple, combine their engineering backgrounds and love for the environment in their company, Abbonato. At CAOBO, they ensure a comfortable, unforgettable stay in Medellín, treating guests like family with a focus on plant care.
Gabriel is a good friend of Bernardo and Carol. Inspired by Caobo, he built a similar home nearby. With Caobo becoming increasingly popular, we're thrilled that he has joined our Medellin team.
Daniel and Liliana make a great team at BeTogether, a prime spot for digital nomads. Daniel's golden retriever adds to the homely feel, and they're both always ready to assist guests with local knowledge.
