Our coliving and community are based in Blouberg, a vibrant and safe beachside neighborhood with an international mix of nomads, surfers, and locals. Blouberg is famous for its surfing and kitesurfing scene, with a stunning beach overlooking Table Mountain. Everything you need is within walking distance, shops, gyms, cafés, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. And when you’re ready to explore the city, the center of Cape Town is just a short ride away, only €7 by Uber.

At every Nomadico we have a kick-ass community manager to make sure your experience is nothing short of epic. Below are some highlights of the events and activities we organize together with our community.

Surf & Kitesurf Sessions – Both can be practiced at the beach right in front of the house. Surfing tends to be best in the morning and late afternoon, while kitesurfing is best afternoon and evening. There are plenty of surf and kitesurf schools around for equipment rental and lessons.

Hiking & Outdoor Adventures – Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, Chapman’s Peak… so many stunning hikes in the area. Elandsrivier’s Waterfall is also an epic adventure we love to do on the weekends.
